Application Process
To make a booking.

- Ring our reception desk - manned Monday to Friday 9am-4pm WST (Contact Us)
What happens next?
We’ll contact you and finalise the details for your event, and then complete a confirmation form which will include a quote for the event. We’ll ask you to sign it and return it to us to confirm your booking.If you require catering you will be sent a menu from which to make your choice.
How can you pay?
We will invoice you immediately after your event and you will be able to pay directly to our bank account or by cheque.Bank Details are on the invoice.
We are happy to accept Purchase Orders.
